FEDERAL
How do I pay my Federal income taxes online?
We recommend all of our clients create an online tax account with the IRS here: https://www.irs.gov/payments/view-your-tax-account.
You can make a payment, view past returns and balances, and retrieve account or tax return transcripts.
You can also make a payment to the IRS without an account using a checking account or card here: https://www.irs.gov/payments.
The IRS outsources debit and credit card transactions to three processors.

ALABAMA
How do I pay my Alabama income taxes online?
You can also make a payment online to the Alabama Department of Revenue using a checking account by going to My Alabama Taxes here: https://myalabamataxes.alabama.gov/_/. You would need to register and create an account but this will allow you to:
- View information from prior filing periods
- Pay taxes and view balances
- View letters or other correspondence from the Alabama Department of Revenue
You can make an electronic payment with your extension of time to file here: https://www.alabamainteractive.org/taxextension/
You can make a payment using a credit or debit with Official Payments Corporation, or Value Payment Systems. There is a convenience fee for these services that is paid to Official Payments Corporation, or Value Payment Systems. This convenience fee is determined by each individual provider and may vary.

ARIZONA
How do I pay my Arizona income taxes online?
You can make a payment online to the Arizona Department of Revenue here: https://www.aztaxes.gov/Home/PaymentIndividual/
You can make a payment using e-check or most major credit cards, including Visa or MasterCard branded debit cards, are accepted.

CALIFORNIA
How do I pay my California income taxes online?
You can make a payment online to the Franchise Tax Board by visiting this site: https://www.ftb.ca.gov/pay/
You have the option to pay by using a checking account, credit card, or through an installment plan if eligible.
There is a 2.3% service fee if you pay by credit card through the Franchise Tax Boards authorized processor, Official Payments.

COLORADO
How do I pay my Colorado income taxes online?
You can make a payment online to the Colorado Department of Revenue by visiting this site: https://www.colorado.gov/revenueonline/_/#1
You have the option to pay by using a checking account, credit card, or e-check.
There is a service fee of 2.25% if you pay through credit card and a small additional charge ($1) to pay through e-check.

How do I pay my Connecticut income taxes online?

You have the option to pay by using an electronic payment from your checking or savings account, by check, or by debit/credit card.

DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA
How do I pay my District of Columbia income taxes online?
You can make a payment online to the District of Columbia Office of Tax and Revenue by visiting this site: https://otr.cfo.dc.gov/service/payment-options-individual-income-tax
You would need to register and create an account with the MyTax DC portal which will allow you to view and make tax payments.
You have the option to pay by ACH Debit (Electronic Check), credit/debit cards, mail (check or money order), or direct debit.

- FEIN, SSN, or ITIN
- Name
- Zip Code
- Either a letter ID, recent payment amount, or the most recent refund amount

INDIANA
How do I pay my Indiana income taxes online?

Payments can be made by Visa, MasterCard, or ACH (e-check).
If paying by credit card, a fee will be charged by the credit card processor based on the amount you are paying. There is no fee for an ACH (e-check) payment.

- Your payment voucher if you are making a bill payment.

Credit and debit card payments will be charged a convenience fee (2.35% of the total payment for credit cards and a flat fee of $3.95 for debit cards).
